About Me

Hi, I'm Natalie.

I am an electrical engineering Ph.D. student at the University of Virginia and the founder of SHEengieered.

I am originally from Austin, Texas and graduated from Texas State in 2018. Coming from a small undergraduate engineering program, I had a lot of questions and confusion about graduate school and I want to make it easier for you!

SHE engineered was born from the idea that success in engineering and a path to engineering graduate school should be accessible for everyone.

Resources should not be hidden, funding and research opportunities should be broadcast to students on a larger platform. Students should know what to ask and look for when deciding on a graduate institution. Graduate school extends and amplifies the engineering student experience and we are excited to help you get there!
